Is it a body ache or is it my medication?

I've been having this strange thought recently that maybe it's my medicine, mesalamine causing me to have side effects that are like a headache, a random ache in my bones, or some times just an uncomfortable feeling. I think it's maybe aging too? I can't really tell.

This is part of my attempt at oversharing to see what I can write about and bringing out more thoughts from within me.
