I’ve been trying to look at my phone less and less for distractions especially those breaking news stories that never seem to end.

I’m realizing more and more often that my phone can be whatever I want it to be. A source of entertainment, communication, some calm, chaos, or whatever else is out there. It really comes down to me to figure out what I make it.

One thing I’ve been attempting recently is using it for just music and reading something off of my phone, a book or even a pamphlet ends up being better.
